Facilities

    

Standlow Lodge is a self catering pine lodge situated near Mandale House bed and breakfast. It is situated in a completely rural location 3 miles from Bakewell, between the villages of Over Haddon and Monyash and has fine views over Lathkill Dale.

There are two small bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two small single beds suitable for children. There is small bathroom fitted with shower ,toilet and washbasin.  
     
The living area is open plan and includes a lounge area with Satellite TV with DVD player, a dining and kitchen area with gas cooker, microwave and fridge.  
     
Outside veranda giving lovely views over Lathkill Dale and surrounding countryside. A barbecue and table and benches for al fresco dining when weather permits.  
     
The lodge is heated with electric heaters (radiator style) and a gas fire in the lounge. All heating lighting and gas is included in the rental price. Ample parking adjacent to the lodge.
There are many footpaths in the area, horse riding, fishing and golf are available nearby.
A good choice of pubs and restaurants a short drive away.

Rental Period

The lodge will be available to rent for weekly lets only during school holidays and all of July and August. The rental week will commence on Friday with arrivals after 4 pm, the lodge must be vacated on the following Friday morning by 10.30

At other times short breaks will be available

Weekend breaks commence Friday for 3 nights arrivals after 4 pm and to be vacated the following Monday by 10.30

10 night rentals available commencing Fridays*

Housekeeping

All bedding is supplied and will be changed between lets and weekly for lets over seven days. One set of towels is provided, extra towels can be hired at a cost of £3 per set(2 bath 2 hand towels). The lodge will be cleaned between each let, but customers are expected to leave it in a clean and tidy condition.

If anything gets broken during your stay with normal wear and tear you will not be charged, but please leave a note or inform us so that replacements can be made available for the next customers.
Pets are not allowed in the lodge

The Lodge is completely non smoking
